About the Battellino FP Series Glass Edging Machines
The Battellino FP Series is a range of compact straight-line glass edging machines designed for small and medium-sized glass processors requiring reliable performance, straightforward operation and consistent edge quality.
Available in FP4, FP5, FP6 and FP7 configurations, the range provides a choice of four to seven grinding and polishing wheels, allowing customers to select the machine that best suits their required finish and production capacity. All models process glass from a minimum size of 80 × 80 mm
The rigid industrial construction, precision carriage system and stable spindle arrangement help maintain excellent glass linearity and repeatable edge quality throughout production. A working height of 830 mm provides a comfortable operating position, while front-access adjustments and clearly arranged components simplify routine setup and maintenance.
Each machine incorporates a 200-litre water tank, operates at an air pressure of 6 bar, and is designed to process glass weighing up to 200 kg. Depending on the selected model, the FP Series can process glass thicknesses from 3 mm up to 19 mm on the larger machines.
