The Atlantic BK700 LX Butyl Extruder is a high-performance machine designed for the precise application of hot butyl sealant to spacer bars used in insulated glass unit (IGU) production. Manufactured in Italy and supplied exclusively through Stone & Glass Group under the Atlantic Machinery range, it combines proven reliability, straightforward operation and consistent sealing performance.
Designed for medium and high-volume insulated glass manufacturers, the BK 700 LX is capable of processing both straight and curved aluminium and warm edge spacer bars with excellent accuracy and uniform butyl application. A user-friendly control panel allows operators to adjust working speed, butyl temperature, spacer bar preheating and extrusion settings quickly and easily, helping to maximise production efficiency.
A manually controlled hydraulic extrusion system provides smooth, homogeneous butyl application, while the practical fast-refill system reduces downtime during production. An optional programmable digital timer can automatically control butyl preheating, ensuring the machine is ready for production when required.
