Firstfill Gas Fillers

The Atlantic Firstfill Gas Filler has been developed for insulated glass manufacturers looking for a simple, reliable and cost-effective introduction to argon gas filling. Designed for lower production volumes, the Firstfill combines proven gas filling technology with intuitive touchscreen controls, delivering consistent gas concentrations while remaining straightforward to operate.

Using the traditional two-hole vertical filling method, the Firstfill delivers a gas flow rate of up to 10 litres per minute and incorporates the same fast-response gas sensing technology used throughout the Atlantic gas filling range. The integrated vacuum gas sensor continuously monitors the filling process to ensure the required gas concentration is achieved before confirming completion with clear visual and audible indicators.

The 100 mm colour touchscreen provides operators with live process information and easy access to gas concentration settings, calibration functions and production statistics. Adjustable gas fill targets allow the machine to be configured for different production requirements, while optional accessories, including a mobile trolley and narrow unit filling lance, provide additional flexibility.
