IKOSIWIRE

Designed to accommodate up to 23 installable wires, IKOSIWIRE expertly handles slabs and mixed thicknesses up to 5cm. Its wide working range features a maximum distance of 1.3 metres between the first and last wire, allowing for flexible cutting configurations.

The machine incorporates a wire guide drum on the tensioning side to ensure absolute cutting precision. This enhanced by a patented, rigorously tested double tensioning system – a hallmark of the machines reliably and operational efficiency.

dodecawire

This multiwire machine features a large motor drum on the drive side and 12 independently operated, oversized tensioning flywheels. This configuration enables the operator to manually adjust slab thickness efficiently, without the need to dismantle the flywheels.


pentawire

Multi-wire machine designed for the simultaneous cutting of five slabs with varying thicknesses. It is equipped with a large-diameter motor drum and five oversized tensioning flywheels. This configuration allows for quick and easy adjustment of slab thicknesses, enhancing operational efficiency.
