Fast Tool Change
Vertec features 9+9 rotating glass tool cribs that are attached to the electrospindle in the lower part of the machine for fast tool changes, saving time & increasing capacity.

PATENTED HALO SYSTEM
The function of the glass pressers during drilling is to clamp the glass sheet and, at the same time, bring coolant to the outside of the tool. During the milling and profiling operations, the pressers are separated from the glass sheet by a few tenths thus removing the risk of scratches due to the patented water cushion system.
