Mistrello Compact Storage for Marble Slabs

Compact storages are modular machines at the highest grade of customisation whose purpose is to facilitate the storage of marble and stone slabs, greatly reducing the storage space required. They are composed of moveable frames which slide over properly dimensioned rails and compact together, allowing the operator to create the loading and unloading corridor only where it is needed. In this way all the stored material occupies about one third of the space required by traditional A frames.

Compact storages are produced in various versions depending on the slabs to be stored. The modularity and high degree of customisation, combined with the flexibility of the company, allow an "ad hoc" machine to be built for each client from the standard configurations.

The standard configuration is composed of a motorised element at one end that tows the moving elements to create the corridor, a number of moving elements sliding on rails, and one or two fixed elements that act as an anti intrusion barrier, mechanical stop and fixed storage element. All elements rest and slide on rails fixed to the floor, making the structure solid and safe.

The machines are equipped with anti tipping devices and all the systems required to protect the health and safety of operators, and comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the specific regulations of the sector.

Compact storages are produced both semi automatic (basic version) and automatic (top of the range), serving both small workshops and large industry, and can interface with devices already installed on site such as bridge cranes.
