Triulzi SURF2000 Curved Glass Washer

SURF2000 is an automatic line for the treatment of curved glass, an advanced innovation in washing systems for symmetrical and asymmetrical curved glass, for high productivity in total safety.

Features include multi passage glass brushing with a single washing circuit and special brushes for perfect washing of the upper and lower faces, an easy maintenance tank that needs no removal of water connections, fully adjustable blowers with no residual drops on the slab edges, and automatic management of the blower to glass distance according to thickness. The glass sheet is moved and positioned automatically through CAD CAM software that reads the sheet, its thickness and geometric profile, with a user friendly touch screen and interface to the work process control systems. Multiple glass loading and AISI 304 stainless steel guarantee maximum quality and durability.
