Triulzi Pre Coating Washer with Sponge Brushes

Washing machine for coating lines, entirely made of stainless steel, with four top oscillating scrubbing modules with flat brushes and motorised opening for maintenance. High speed and performance, also available with two or three upper oscillating modules. The oscillating groups and flat brushes give a perfect cleaning action on the glass plates, with motorised opening for inspection and maintenance.

Glass detection inlet conveyor: the Triulzi inlet conveyors are designed to receive glass sheets from any previous process, with detection through a system of photocells. An innovative cleaning system: thanks to a continuous rotating action and a jet of water from the centre of the brush, the cleaning level is at the highest standard.

Motorised mixer tank: a mixer tank lets the customer use a non foaming product for degreasing the glass, mixed with the water sent inside the sponges by a motorised agitator. Powerful and quiet drying: thanks to powerful fans the drying of the glass sheets is guaranteed, and an insulation system developed by Triulzi technicians keeps noise low at 80 db.
