About the Systron WM
The Systron WM is a vertical washing and drying machine for flat glass processing companies with the highest demands. Its solid construction, high quality components and special transport system make it especially suited to low E glass.
The washing section is divided into two zones, a pre wash zone and a main wash zone. The pre wash zone has one pair of brushes and four spray tubes, and the main wash zone has two pairs of brushes and four spray tubes. The machine adjusts automatically to the glass thickness with no loss of cycle time, washing at up to 10 m per minute, and the intuitive graphical interface keeps operation simple.
In the final step the glass passes through the drying zone, where a high performance blower ensures crystal clear visibility and a guaranteed dry result.
