About the G Series
The G Series silk screen printing machine is made up of an entry squaring conveyor, the printing machine body and an exit synchronised conveyor. Every function is driven by a PLC and controlled through an easy to use operator touch panel, with a recipe system that stores and recalls production data for automatic machine setup. The machine has a rigid structure with a specially treated aluminium printing table.
A walking beam transport system and auto centring register each glass on its mid line using a six pin centring system. The pins can optionally be motorised for easier setup when printing asymmetrical glasses, and a twin cross shaped vacuum cup holder lets the machine centre one glass while printing another at the same time. A highly sensitive control system keeps squeegee pressure constant, automatically compensating for any change in the thickness of the printing surface.
Built from high quality, efficient materials, the G Series keeps maintenance to a minimum and all serviceable parts are easy to reach. The range covers glass from 700 x 1000 mm up to 1300 x 2500 mm.
