About the Double Glasses Series
The G Series DLE (Double Lite Edition) is engineered for maximum flexibility on a single printing line. One machine can print two small glasses (sidelites or vents) at the same time, or one large single glass such as a backlite, windshield or sunroof.
Its outstanding centring system uses 18 axes to perfectly centre even extremely shaped glasses, with repeatability of 0.08 mm. Each pin position is stored in the recipe and the operator can define the pin closure sequence for difficult shapes, with glass dimension control and an out of range alarm. Running two different glass types on the same line (for example sidelites and backlites) saves significant factory space and cuts cost for a faster return on investment. The DLE is available in sizes from vents up to windshields.
