About the Compact 4C
The Compact 4C screen printing machine is the evolution of the established Compact Series, able to process larger squared and rectangular glasses for cooktops and household appliances, including drilled glass. Its four columns support a wider printing head and ensure high productivity.
The machine is fully automatic, with belt entry, pre alignment and centring on the printing table. It reaches 550 pieces per hour for glass measuring 1144 x 692 mm, with printing precision of +/- 0.08 mm between pieces. The frame can be cleaned and extracted without losing the register, the head can carry the Edge to Edge system for printing right up to the edge, and the printing bridge rotates for quick squeegee and flood bar changes. All parameters are set from the operator panel.
