xandi Glass

xandi Glass is a web application that digitises the management of testing processes under the product standards EN1279 and EN12150. It supports glass producers in organising every relevant inspection through digitised forms, which can be opened straight at the production line by QR code or link and used on smartphones, tablets and desktop PCs.

A traffic light system visualises test values in real time, so auditors can see immediately whether a value sits in the green area or whether action is needed. All data is held centrally and clearly structured in individual dashboards, giving a comprehensive overview of every inspection and full traceability. Test reports export to CSV or PDF and can be shared with external organisations.

xandi Glass integrates quickly into existing production environments and can go live within a day. It connects by API to other software, including the Softsolution LineScanner, the Osprey inspection system and the CulletScanner, and supports wider workflow integration across further process steps.
