About the Triulzi WPS Wet Powdering Machine
The WPS wet powdering machine is a wet powdering unit system for the windshield process, including an aspiration filter, with efficiency of 99.995%. The machine sprays a coat solution of demineralised water and impalpable talc powder to favour the adaptation between two glass sheets in the oven.
The machine is composed of a rubberised rollers conveyor for forwarding the glass, a heating oven before the spraying section with infrared ray lamps to heat the glass sheet before powdering (the oven rollers are covered with Kevlar material), and a spraying cab completely made of stainless steel with lateral inspection doors.
