Triulzi Automatic Laminated Glass Line

An automated line for laminating glass. The whole line can be in line, U shaped and further customised to the specific needs of the customer. Managed by PLC with touch screen, diagnostics and remote assistance, the line includes an oven press area, air transfer with suction cups, and an automatic plate preparation and coupling area.

Oven press section: 500 mm opening for inspection, infrared ray lamps, air convection system for Low-E glass treatment, pressure speed adjustable from 0.5 to 8 m/min depending on glass thickness, suitable for laminating thick tempered glass, glass with polycarbonate sheet, and two pieces in parallel.

Overhead assembly unit: suction cups in special material to avoid marks and suited to Low-E glass, precise assembly of the laminate and a steady frame for picking up thick glass sheets. The laminating line offers automatic sheet preparation and assembly, transfer of small irregular sheets with manual assembly, and transfer of two sheets in parallel with automatic assembly. The U layout is made up of 18 elements, with a high precision press for standard and irregular shapes.
