Triulzi Insulating Glass Line

An automatic line for the production of insulating glass. The inlet conveyor uses motorised vulcollan base rollers, with a foot pedal to stop the conveyor and assist loading of large glass sheets. The washing and drying machine, model VT-INOX, has a body entirely in stainless steel with a transport speed of 8 m/min, automatic air knife shut off and preparation for demineralised water. Options include a device for brush selection by pneumatic cylinders for Low-E glass (manual or automatic), a motorised glass thickness device with display or automatic, and independent brush motorisation.

Acceleration and deceleration conveyors use motorised vulcollan edge rollers for continuous working without idle time, with forwarding speed up to 36 m/min and vertical and horizontal reference bars for correct positioning of the spacer frame. The bonding unit has hydraulic movement, controlled by PLC for all line sequences, with a manual assembly system for oversized sheets, a text display, a flat assembling panel and pressing with suction pads, maximum pressing thickness 80 mm, automatic pressing power by glass size, and a 500 mm panel opening for maintenance. The tilting table has motorised retractable base rollers for handling and sealing the glass units.
