Industrial robots from Kuka, coupled with a Systron solution, raise the level of automation of your production significantly. They are integrated seamlessly into the Systron concept and controlled with absolute precision.

Glass to be processed is loaded on L racks or A racks, on fixed stacking stations or swivelling stations, and placed on the machine by the robot. After visual inspection the operator can remove products manually, a robot can unload the processed panes automatically, or a rack unloading station can be added for a fully automatic loading and unloading process. All Systron machines can be supplied or retrofitted with the automatic L rack solution, and each system is sized to the customer requirements, with maximum dimensions and glass weight depending on the chosen processing centre and robot size.
