About the Harps System (Symphonia)
The automated harps rack system is the ideal glass handling solution for small and medium glassworks. Symphonia is created to make loading and unloading glass sheets onto vertical production lines, such as insulating glass lines, easier, for glass up to 3000 x 1500 mm.
After the cutting station, the operator places the glass directly on a harp following the production order, and each harp holds up to 40 sheets. The loaded harp is inserted onto a modular ground structure that raises it and starts the movement, and the harp advances through the system unloading the sheets one by one in sequence. Once empty, the operator returns the harp to the cutting station to reload while the next harps continue the process. The same process can run in reverse for unloading.
