About the Handling Systems
Cugher glass handling systems transport and stack flat glass panels of any size and shape in every direction within the production plant, ensuring maximum efficiency and operational flexibility. High quality materials and advanced assembly give outstanding structural safety, long term reliability and minimal maintenance, even in high productivity environments.
An innovative design moves the glass through a reduced contact surface, giving maximum grip and protection of the glass surface during transport. Perfect integration and synchronisation with all line components let the systems reach very high productivity while keeping the process stable and precise, and flat and vertical visual inspection stations can be built into the line to check print quality without slowing it down.
The range includes belt conveyors, roller conveyors, corner conveyors, tilting bridges, loading and unloading tilt conveyors, stackers, vertical and flat inspection stations, rotating tables, lift conveyors, flipping over units, pairing stations with rotation, washer buffers, cullet bins and turning pots.
