About the Bovone Integrated Robotic System
Bovone’s fully automated robotic islands automate grinding processes and optimise production. Integrating edging machines with multi axis articulated robots gives a considerable increase in productivity, with lower costs and greater safety for the operator when handling large slabs.
The islands meet Industry 4.0 protocols, working without personnel present and fully connectable for traceability and self adjustment of production parameters. Edgers can be placed side by side with a single robot, or configured as a high productivity cell with two grinding machines and two robots. The ELB range is now integrated.
