About the ATIS Linear
The ATISlinear pneumatic manipulator is the ideal solution for vertical handling of products and components that demand absolute precision. A linear guide movement gives perfectly aligned vertical travel, eliminating oscillation and delivering millimetric control during picking and positioning. It handles large, heavy loads with exceptional accuracy and manoeuvrability.
Installed on overhead rails, ATISlinear covers wide working areas with remarkable agility. The sliding structure, combined with active pneumatic balancing, cancels the weight of the product so the operator can move bulky items along extended production lines with minimal effort and maximum smoothness.
It can be configured for metalworking, sheet metal processing, industrial assembly and heavy component handling, and its robust structure and minimal maintenance suit it to intensive cycles. Each ATISlinear is a customised solution integrating tailor made gripping tools, optimising plant layout and improving the ergonomics of logistics processes.
