About the ATIS Acer
The ATISacer pneumatic manipulators, made in Italy, offer efficient and safe handling for loads up to 150 kg. Designed as rope type zero gravity balancers, they perform best on products with a defined centre of gravity, and intelligent recovery systems built into the custom gripping tools keep handling smooth even with off centre loads.
An ultra compact design, a redundant double safety rope and an integrated pneumatic balancing system give millimetric precision and total reliability. Extremely fast and easy to handle, ATISacer balancers are the ideal solution for low ceilings or limited overhead space, letting operators work around architectural obstacles with ease. Motion is carried by a dual rope pulley system, with the intermediate axis rotating up to 330 degrees with a stop.
Every ATIS manipulator is a customised zero gravity (weight zeroing) system, pneumatic only with no electrical connection, supplied with compressed air at 0.5 to 0.8 MPa. The column rotates continuously through 360 degrees and the noise level stays below 70 dB. Each line integrates a gripping tool designed in house for the customer, and can be ordered in fixed column, self standing baseplate, wheeled base, fixed overhead or overhead sliding on rail configurations.
The models in the range:
- Acer 55: up to 55 kg, 4000 mm radius, 1600 mm vertical stroke. Lightweight and compact for tight workspaces.
- Acer 80: up to 95 kg, 4100 mm radius.
- Acer 150: up to 150 kg, the largest in the range.
