About the Systron pro

The Systron pro is a vertical CNC processing centre engineered for exterior contour machining, now also available with optional helix drilling. Its robust design and proprietary systems give exceptional accuracy and fast throughput, while the open, barrier free layout gives operators an ergonomic working posture and convenient access to all key machine components.

  • Minimal machining tolerances, max. +/- 0.2 mm across the entire product size

  • Very rigid, vibration free construction for the highest processing quality, including oblique edges and radii
  • Seaming with corner dubbing at maximum speed
  • No mechanical touch when processing coated glass, so it is perfect for low E glass
  • All components come exclusively from premium manufacturers

The processing spindle ensures an optimal grinding and polishing image, and up to three tools can be mounted per tool holder depending on glass thickness, with ample power reserves for all kinds of processing. The patented water cushion follows the glass surface and ensures continuous tool cooling.
