About the BTS 02 GAMMA PLUS
The BTS 02 GAMMA PLUS is a double spindle vertical edging machine for grinding and polishing the flat or round peripheral edges of sheet glass and mirrors, built on a longer frame for larger work. Water cooled diamond grinding and polishing wheels finish the edge in a C profile, trapezial or flat shape in a single operation.
A variable speed conveyor adapts automatically to the thickness of the glass, with grinding speed adjustable from 0.5 to 6 m per minute (optionally up to 12). It processes glass from 2 mm thick and keeps the cost per metre of polished edge low.
