About the R&R Decoating
R&R machinery for pane decoating, securing the durability of the edge bond. Two devices cover edge deletion away from the insulating glass line.
Mobile decoating device HSG:
- Mobile hand sander for edge deletion on small and model panes
- Decoating outside the insulating glass line
- Optionally with power supply or rechargeable battery
- Variable guide roller settings to suit straight or curved edges
- Dust protected electric drive for a long operating life
Attachable decoating device ASG:
- Guide rail driven device for edge decoating on straight edges
- Depth adjustment up to 190 mm, suitable for stepped panes
- Guide rails from system profile with inserted hardened steel shafts
- Finely adjustable depth adjustment with threaded spindle
- Motor speed control via frequency converter
- Special bearing to stabilise the contact pressure
- Available with motorised drive and complete table on request
- De-coating disc dimensions 200x10x76.2 to 200x20x76.2, standard guide rail length 3000 mm
