Dryers (IR, UV and Combi)

Cugher drying systems are engineered for automated glass printing lines that need precise thermal control, reliable curing and continuous production efficiency. Designed for screen and digital printing on flat glass, they ensure uniform heat distribution and repeatable process conditions for automotive, home appliance, architectural and solar glass.

IR dryers combine infrared heating with optimised air distribution for fast, uniform, energy efficient curing. Conveyor speed is adjustable, power saving functions let operators regulate lamp power to the glass type, and process parameters are stored and recalled from the operator panel for quick changeovers. Transport can be configured with Kevlar belts or coated rollers, and an integrated cooling section gradually lowers glass temperature at the outlet.

UV dryers add anti reflection shields at the inlet and outlet to protect operators, with digital lamp management for precise, efficient curing. Combi IR/UV dryers bring infrared and UV curing into one system with heating, UV curing and cooling sections; unused sections simply act as conveyor modules, letting a single line manage different curing technologies. Advanced options include an exhaust system, a hot swap fan for replacement without stopping production, a chiller unit and a pyrometer kit.
