About the Systron esX-3 Arriser
The Systron esX is a vertical glass seaming and grinding machine that follows the glass edge with a soft touch guidance system. Its rigid design machines contours and inside and outside radii with very short cycle times, while patented systems assure the highest edge quality.
Seaming and grinding are performed without a tool change:
- Edge grinding and seaming
- Corner dubbing with no cycle time loss
- Automatic sheet measurement
New standards for seaming and grinding glass contours:
- Grinding head follows the glass contour, even where breakage is uneven
- Floating tool spindle
- Optional one or two grinding spindles
- Glass thicknesses 4 to 19 mm without a tool change
