Over de G Series
De Cugher G Series is een zeer veelzijdige automatische zeefdrukmachine voor glas, ontwikkeld voor veeleisende productie van autoglas in grote volumes.
De G Series is ontworpen voor het verwerken van sterk asymmetrisch glas en kan zowel grote afzonderlijke glasplaten, zoals voorruiten en achterruiten, als twee kleinere glasplaten tegelijkertijd verwerken. Hierdoor is de machine bijzonder geschikt voor de productie van zijruiten.
De machine maakt gebruik van een lineair shuttle-transportsysteem met twee onafhankelijke steunen met vacuümzuignappen. Het glas wordt op de invoertransporteur nauwkeurig gecentreerd door een multi-axis centreersysteem en vervolgens snel en nauwkeurig naar de druktafel getransporteerd.
Deze combinatie van nauwkeurige centrering, gecontroleerde handling en snelle beweging maakt de G Series geschikt voor de korte cyclustijden die vereist zijn binnen moderne autoglasproductie.
De G Series kan worden geïntegreerd in een volledig geautomatiseerde Cugher zeefdruklijn met drogers, handlingapparatuur, visionsystemen en automatische besturing, of als onderdeel van een klantspecifieke productieoplossing worden geleverd.
