De Cugher Industrial Heat Treatment Oven-serie biedt op maat ontwikkelde thermische procesoplossingen voor een breed scala aan veeleisende industriële toepassingen.
Met meer dan 400 gerealiseerde industriële warmtebehandelingstoepassingen combineert Cugher oventechnologie, automatisering en procesbesturing om complete systemen te ontwikkelen rond de specifieke productievereisten van de klant.
Het assortiment omvat toepassingen binnen de chemische, metallurgische, rubber- en kunststofindustrie, met systemen voor onder andere drogen, voorverwarmen, polymeriseren, sinteren, naharden, verouderen, gloeien, ontlaten en harden.
Afhankelijk van de toepassing kan Cugher systemen leveren voor relatief lage droog- en voorverwarmingstemperaturen tot gespecialiseerde metallurgische warmtebehandelingen bij temperaturen tot 1000°C.
Voor chemische toepassingen biedt Cugher ovens voor complexe droog- en warmtebehandelingsprocessen tot 400°C. Krachtige luchtcirculatie zorgt voor een uitstekende temperatuuruniformiteit in de volledige bruikbare ovenruimte. Voor geschikte processen is een temperatuuruniformiteit tot ΔT 3°C volgens DIN 17052-1 mogelijk.
De systemen worden ontwikkeld volgens het product en proces, met opties voor aangepaste laad- en lossystemen, rekken, trays, koelsystemen, luchtcirculatie en handling.
Cugher kan optreden als hoofdaannemer en technologieën van verschillende fabrikanten integreren in één complete productieoplossing, van engineering en automatisering tot inbedrijfstelling en onderhoud.
