Over de Brembana Sprint Jet

The brembana sprint jet is a numerically controlled 5 interpolated-axis bridge saw with a tilting head and fixed table. It carries out any type of machining, including cutting (straight or shaped, vertical or inclined), 3D profiling and milling, on marble, granite, composite stone and ceramic, as well as stone blocks.

It is equipped with an abrasive waterjet cutting head that works in combination with the diamond disk to automate natural and composite stone slab cutting where interfering cuts and internal angles are a factor. The AWJ head, integral with the main head, allows variable and small-radius cutting that would be impossible with the diamond disk alone.

The machine can be customised to suit the customer and is also available with pallet change, so the operator can load the next slab outside the machine while it cuts another.
