Over de Triulzi Toscana Horizontal Washer for Small Glass
The Toscana horizontal washing machine has a motorised height adjustment device for the whole upper section. It is planned for the washing of small flat glass sheets, down to 100 x 50 mm. Top prewashing, washing by two pairs of cylindrical brushes constantly wetted by water sprayers, and drying by two pairs of blowers fed by a high pressure fan. Rubberised, vulcanised and rectified conveyor rollers, electronic speed adjustment by inverter with digital display. All parts in contact with the water are made of stainless steel, with sound pressure level within standards.
Manual thickness adjustment up to 30 mm with display.
