Jumbo version for laminating lines, entirely made of stainless steel, with high speed and performance. Triulzi designed this washing machine for washing glass sheets up to 3400 mm. The technology and construction materials are built for resistance and maximum performance.
Size matters: a large horizontal washing machine designed to process glass plates with a width of 3300 mm, one of a kind in size and performance. High pressure prewash: any processing residue on the glass surface has no escape with the Triulzi high pressure system, a solution to increase the final quality of the washing process.
Innovative belt transport: completely made with water resistant materials (AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel), this type of transport is the first to be included in a glass washing process. Three fan drying system: in quality and performance the drying phase developed by Triulzi technicians is unrivalled, with an air knife after the prewash and two fans on the outlet conveyor.
