De Atlantic Vertical Plus Glass Washer is het meest populaire model binnen het Atlantic-assortiment en wordt door glasverwerkers en producenten van isolatieglas gewaardeerd vanwege zijn betrouwbaarheid, eenvoudige onderhoud en uitstekende wasprestaties. De machine is ontworpen voor continu industrieel gebruik en combineert een robuuste roestvrijstalen constructie met hoogwaardige wastechnologie voor perfect schoon en droog glas.
De machine is gebouwd op een zware roestvrijstalen kokerconstructie en beschikt over volledig scharnierende RVS-deuren en eenvoudig toegankelijke tankdeksels, waardoor reiniging en onderhoud snel kunnen worden uitgevoerd. De roestvrijstalen interne componenten en onderhoudsvriendelijke opbouw zorgen voor minimale stilstand en een lange levensduur.
Het tweefasen was- en spoelsysteem met een capaciteit van 150 liter, warme was- en spoelzones, frequentieregeling van de transportsnelheid en een afzonderlijke filtratiepomp voor de laatste spoeling garanderen uitstekende reinigingsresultaten. Automatische invoer- en uitvoertransporteurs, kijkvensters, verlichting en uitgebreide veiligheidsvoorzieningen zorgen voor een efficiënte en veilige productieomgeving.
De Atlantic Vertical Plus is leverbaar in vier standaard werkhoogtes van 1300 mm tot 2100 mm en kan worden uitgerust met zes borstels, een gecoat-glaspakket, verschillende transportsystemen en extra geluidsisolatie.
Ontworpen en geproduceerd in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en ondersteund door Stone & Glass Group met installatie, inbedrijfstelling, operatortraining en uitgebreide after-sales ondersteuning.
