De Cugher Robotic Applications bieden op maat ontwikkelde industriële robotoplossingen voor het automatiseren van glashandling en productieprocessen.
Dankzij de uitgebreide ervaring van Cugher met industriële automatisering wordt ieder robotsysteem ontwikkeld rond de specifieke productievereisten, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met glasafmetingen, proces, beschikbare fabrieksruimte, bestaande machines en de gewenste productiecapaciteit.
Cugher integreert antropomorfe industriële robots met maximaal 6 assen, waardoor complexe bewegingen en nauwkeurige handling van glas binnen het productieproces mogelijk zijn.
Een belangrijk onderdeel van ieder project is het ontwerp van de end-of-arm tooling. Cugher ontwikkelt de grijp- en handlingtechnologie rond het glas en de vereiste beweging, samen met de benodigde transport- en handlingsystemen om een complete geautomatiseerde oplossing te creëren.
Robottoepassingen kunnen worden ingezet voor automatisch laden en lossen, glastransfer, palletiseren en andere repetitieve handlingtaken, waardoor een continue productie mogelijk is en handmatige handling wordt verminderd.
Voor toepassingen waarbij een bijzonder nauwkeurige positionering vereist is, kan Cugher de robot combineren met visiontechnologie. Het visionsysteem levert real-time positiegegevens aan de robot, zodat automatisch correcties kunnen worden uitgevoerd en een constante procesnauwkeurigheid wordt behouden.
Cugher kan robots van toonaangevende fabrikanten zoals ABB, Fanuc en KUKA integreren. De programmering, tooling en integratie met omliggende productieapparatuur worden door Cugher afgestemd op de specifieke projectvereisten.
De oplossing kan variëren van een individuele robotcel tot een volledig geautomatiseerd productiesysteem met robots, transporteurs, productiemachines, visionsystemen en lijnautomatisering.
