The Battellino Bevel 400 is a compact straight-line glass bevelling machine designed for small sized glass processors looking for precision, reliability and ease of operation. Its robust construction and intelligent control system allow operators to produce consistently high-quality bevelled edges while minimising setup times and maintenance.

A PLC-controlled operating system enables fast changeovers between different bevel widths and glass thicknesses without the need to adjust the grinding wheels manually, improving productivity and reducing downtime.

The machine features independent water and cerium oxide polishing circuits with dedicated stainless steel tanks and pumps, ensuring excellent polishing quality and clean operation. Variable processing speeds are controlled via an inverter, allowing the operator to optimise production for different glass types and edge finishes.

Built with a heavy-duty steel structure, precision cast iron spindles and an automatically lubricated carriage running on hardened steel guides, the Bevel 400 delivers exceptional machining accuracy and long-term reliability. All service points and grinding wheel adjustments are positioned for easy front access, simplifying routine maintenance.
