Over de BTS 02 GAMMA
The BTS 02 GAMMA is a double spindle vertical edging machine for grinding and polishing the flat or round peripheral edges of sheet glass and mirrors. Water cooled diamond grinding and polishing wheels work the edge in a C profile, trapezial or flat finish, all in a single operation.
A variable speed conveyor adapts automatically to the thickness of the glass, with grinding speed adjustable from 0.5 to 6 m per minute (optionally up to 12). It processes glass from 2 mm thick and keeps the cost per metre of polished edge low.
