Over de Line Automation Software
De Cugher Line Automation Software biedt volledige besturing en supervisie van geautomatiseerde glasproductielijnen en verbindt afzonderlijke machines, handlingapparatuur, drogers en inspectiesystemen tot één geïntegreerd productiesysteem.
De software wordt volledig intern door Cugher ontwikkeld en maakt gebruik van speciale PLC/HMI-technologie voor de besturing van de complete lijn, inclusief glastracking, machineparameters, productierecepten, alarmen, diagnostiek en noodsituaties.
Via overzichtelijke bedieningspanelen kunnen operators het volledige productieproces bewaken. De hoofdinterface geeft een grafische real-time weergave van de exacte positie van iedere glasplaat in de productielijn.
De Line Supervisor biedt centrale controle over het complete productiesysteem. Machine-instellingen, drogerparameters en andere procesgegevens kunnen in recepten worden opgeslagen, waardoor snelle en grotendeels automatische productwissels mogelijk zijn. In de Line Supervisor kunnen duizenden verschillende glasmodelrecepten worden opgeslagen.
Part Tracking volgt iedere glasplaat door het volledige productieproces en bewaart belangrijke informatie zoals glastype, status, uitlijning en gegevens van visionsystemen. Hierdoor heeft de operator continu inzicht in de actuele situatie van de productielijn.
Geïntegreerde diagnostiek toont actuele alarmmeldingen en een uitgebreide alarmhistorie, waardoor storingen sneller kunnen worden opgespoord en stilstand kan worden beperkt.
Via de Order Manager kan het systeem bovendien worden gekoppeld aan management- en productiesystemen van de klant, waarmee Cugher ondersteuning biedt voor Industry 4.0 en gekoppelde productieomgevingen.
Cugher kan zowel eigen machines als apparatuur van andere fabrikanten integreren in één volledig gesynchroniseerde en automatisch bestuurde productielijn.
Via het Remote Assistance System kunnen Cugher software-engineers indien nodig rechtstreeks verbinding maken met de PLC van de installatie voor diagnose en technische ondersteuning.
